The Copper Pot
This spice and herb mix is based upon archaeological evidence from Viking sites. It can be used to add authentic Viking flavour to any stew, or use with a little oil to create a rub when grilling meat or fish.
Ingredients: Thyme, Nettle, Horseradish, MUSTARD, Fennel, Lovage
