This spiced chocolate bar is based on English hot chocolate recipes from 1741 and uses Long Pepper to add a hint of hot floral spice, with the warm citrus flavour of Cardamom, with Cinnamon.
Chocolate up until the 1840s was almost always used as a hot chocolate or as flavouring. For this bar we have taken the flavours of early English hot chocolate and created a spiced white chocolate bar.
Ingredients: White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla), Cinnamon, Cardamom, Long Pepper. (Chocolate min 28% Cocoa Solids)
