This Mustard is based upon an Icelandic recipe from the 1200s, recorded in a 15th century collection of recipes. This mild sweet aromatic mustard is perfect with all lighter meats, fish and cheese.
Ingredients: Water, MUSTARD Flour (30%), Spirit Vinegar, Honey, Cinnamon, Anise, Salt, Preservative (Sodium Hydrogen SULPHITE).
