Handmade cream chocolates filled with Traditional Mead from the Nidhoggr Mead Co, created by The Copper Pot.
Mead is an alcoholic beverage that dates back thousands of years, and it was particularly popular amongst the Romans, Vikings and during Medieval times. We have taken Nidhoggr's Traditional Mead mead, crafted by the award winning Nidhoggr Mead Co, based in Yorkshire, and combined them with a cream chocolate ganache to produce these indulgent treats.
At present these chocolates are only available as part of our Christmas Hamper.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate cups: (Minimum Cocoa Solids 60%) Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA). White Chocolate: (Minimum Cocoa Solids 28%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: lecithin (SOYA), natural vanilla flavouring, Ganache: Cream (MILK), Mead (8.5%), glucose, butter (MILK), Titanium Dioxide CI No.77881, E171, Red Iron Oxide Cl No. 77491, E172. Mead made with natural ingredients, ethically sourced honey, suitable for vegetarians. Produced by the Nidhoggr Mead Co Ltd, YO42 1NR.
